How to list a plate on Marketplates
List fast. Verify once. Edit any time.

Step 1: Verify Yourself

You’ll need to complete ID verification during the listing process. This keeps the marketplace secure and ensures buyers know who they’re dealing with. Use your driver’s licence or passport and follow the check prompts. It takes less than a minute.

Once complete, you’ll receive an ID Verified Seller badge.

Step 2: Add Your Plate

Upload photos, set your price, and describe your plate, including as much detail as possible about the colours, dimensions, condition and history of the plate. “Make an Offer” will also be enabled to encourage buyers the chance to negotiate and express their interest.

Step 3: Confirm Ownership

Marketplates perform automated registration checks, where possible, some checks may have to be completed manually. If extra info is required, you’ll be prompted to upload the ownership documentation.

This protects both parties and ensures your plate can be legally transferred.

Step 4: Go Live

Once submitted, your plate will be published and visible to buyers across the globe. You can update or edit it any time.

If someone buys or makes an offer, we’ll notify you. Payments are held securely until transfer of the plate is completed.
