What is the buyer’s fee?
Our marketplace fee is transparent and capped. The amount is displayed before you confirm payment.
Are payments protected?
Yes. Payments are handled via Escrow.com. Funds are held securely until the plate transfer is completed.
How do reserves work?
Some lots include a reserve price. If the reserve isn’t met, the lot may be passed in or negotiated post-auction.
How long does transfer take after I win?
Most transfers complete within 14 business days depending on your state. We guide both parties through each step.
Can I retract a bid?
Bids are binding. If you made an error, contact the Pit Crew immediately so we can review the situation.
